Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (Order ID / invoice) is mandatory

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

Product is damaged due to misuse
Tags or packaging are missing
Product shows signs of wear, wash, or alteration
Return request is made after 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Defective Products
