4. Ordering and Payment

5. Shipping and Delivery

   • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and product type. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

   • Risk of loss and title transfers to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

   • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for non-customized items in original condition with tags attached.

   • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

   • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method; shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
