📦 Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 2–7 business days, depending on location.

• Shipping Charges: Shown at checkout (Free shipping may apply during promotions).

• Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

• Courier Partners: We ship through reliable delivery partners to ensure safety and speed.

🔄 Exchange

We want you to love your Gravster purchase. If you need a different size or received the wrong/defective item, here’s how exchanges work:

Eligibility:

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Customized/personalized products.

• Items bought during clearance sales (unless defective).

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details.

2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (if available) or guide you on sending it back.

3. You can choose a different size, color, or product of equal value. If the replacement is higher in price, the difference must be paid.

Damaged/Wrong Item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Note:

• Refunds are only issued if the replacement product is unavailable.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
