At Gravster, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• The wrong item was delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Sale/discounted items (unless defective).
• Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged/defective).
2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.
3. If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Store credit or exchange may also be offered as an alternative.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellation
