🕒 Before Shipping

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

• To request cancellation, email us at [email protected] with your order number.

📦 After Shipping

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can opt for an exchange after delivery as per our Exchange Policy.

💰 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If you paid online, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• For COD orders, no refund is applicable since payment is collected on delivery.

⚠ Special Notes

• Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
