Return & Exchange Policy

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Minimal charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

3-Day Easy Exchange:
You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:
- The size is incorrect
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is damaged or defective
Exchange Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange is not applicable on customized items
Reverse Pickup Charges:
- A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be applicable per exchange request
- This amount can be paid online or deducted from the total refund/store credit

Returns Accepted Within 3 Days for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
Not Eligible for Return:
- Customized or printed-to-order items
- Worn, washed, or damaged products by the user
Reverse Pickup Charges:
- A ₹100 reverse pickup fee is applicable for returns
- This will be deducted from the refund amount
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds processed within 3–5 working days after product inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI
