We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Non-metro cities and towns: 5-8 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7-12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Check the website for current offers.

We use trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket and other courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

5. Order Tracking

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Gravster is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
